This house, built in the 1970s and located in the middle of the countryside, enjoying some privileged views of the sea, was completely renovated from top to bottom.
The owners’ desire was to enjoy a welcoming, comfortable summer home. The project carried out by Catalina House preserved the original unevenness and re-laid out both the interior and exterior, given that the owners would spend the majority of their time on the terrace during summer. For this reason, and also to preserve the spectacular sea views, the pillars that interrupted the complete view were removed.
The indoors and outdoors were linked with micro-cement flooring to provide continuity from one environment to the other. And, of course, the decor! It reflects the island’s simplicity and freshness, as well as its natural peace and happiness.
