This apartment, where the owners spend their weekends, was completely re-laid out.

In the new interior, a new kitchen was designed which opens onto the living room/dining room and provides continuity to the feel of the space with its distressed wood furniture. Additionally, an en suite bedroom, a guest bedroom and another bathroom with all services were also created.

Since the property is located on the seafront, the décor is very cool and fresh, and as it’s a weekend home, the functional details are basic. These include a very durable vinyl floor which is easy to clean, multiple wardrobes, etc. Of course, the apartment still retains its Mediterranean essence, with details such as the head of the bed which has a design reminiscent of Mallorcan window shutters.
